Lampwork Bead Focal - Mermaid Tail - "Bahia de la Luna" "Bahia de la Luna" means "Bay of the Moon". Mermaids always hold such intrigue and mystery. The Mermaid spirit is one of adventure and playfulness...of exploration and beauty! Wearing a mermaid tail will inspire the Goddess within! This beautiful tail was created with a bit of Spanish flare. The colors, the old tile designs, and the ancient Spanish seashores were all inspiration for this piece. Intricate dot work designs in colors of Deep Blood Red, Pale Amethyst Purple, Turquoise, Cobalt Blue, Onyx, Coral, and Aquamarine over Bone Ivory base. Bead measures approx. 2 inches in width (from point of whale tail tip, to other point of whale tail tip), and approx. 1 inch in length. Bead hole measures 3/32 of an inch and the hole runs vertically, up and down from top of bead, to in between the mermaid tail fins, for pendant style jewelry creation. *Chain is not included, it is only shown as an example as to which way the hole runs in the bead. This lampwork bead was handmade by me with high quality glass and has been properly kiln annealed. #J-946 |
